    6 ounces ground turkey breast
    1-1/2 tablespoons sourdough breadcrumbs
    3 tablespoons low-fat buttermilk
    2-1/4 teaspoons green onions, minced
    2-1 /4 teaspoons parsley, chopped
    1 /4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    1 dash Worcestershire sauce
    black pepper to taste


1. Preheat the grill or broiler.
2. Combine all ingredients and divide mixture into patties, size according to nutrition level ( see below)
3. Grill until cooked through,7 to 10 minutes per side.
