Ingredients

    2 cans of tuna in water
    8 0z whole wheat pasta (dry)
    1 cup ff half and half
    2.5 cups ff/rs chicken broth
    1 cup fresh mushrooms, chopped
    1 cup onion, minced
    1 tbsp. olive oil
    pepper to taste
    parmesan cheese to taste

Directions

Cook onions and mushroom in olive oil. Set aside. Add pasta, half and half, and broth; simmer for 10 mins. (until pasta is al dente). Add tuna, peas, and mushroom mixture and heat through. Add parmesan if you like and enjoy!
