Ingredients

1 8oz. container of Fat-Free Cool Whip
1 small (1oz.) box of Jello Sugar-Free Fat-Free Vanilla Instant Pudding mix
2 cups of 1% milk
1 package of Keebler Graham Cracker Ready Crust - 6 Mini cups
12 medium fresh strawberries, sliced
Directions
Mix Jello Instant pudding mix with 2 cups of cold low fat or non fat milk for 2 minutes with a whisk.
Mix in 1/2 of the sliced strawberries into the pudding.
Fold 2/3 of the Cool Whip into the pudding.
Spoon mixture into each mini graham cracker ready crust, you will have some extra pudding left over (you can store this to eat later!).
Top each mini pie with 3 sliced strawberries.
Refrigerate 1 hour or until set.
Spoon extra Cool Whip onto each mini pie before serving!
