    2 cups all-purpose flour
    1 t baking powder
    1 t baking soda
    1/4 t salt
    1 cup melted butter
    1 cup Splenda brown sugar blend
    2 large eggs
    1 T vanilla extract
    2 cups chopped dried apricots


Stir together all ingredients. Bake 11 minutes in oven preheated to 375.
