Introduction

Recipe adapted from Recipezaar using a base mix for condensed cream of mushroom soup instead of commercially made soup. Recipe adapted from Recipezaar using a base mix for condensed cream of mushroom soup instead of commercially made soup.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 lb Angus beef loin tips
    1 lb parsnips
    5 carrots
    2 sweet potatoes
    1 small onion
    beef bouillion cube
    steak seasoning
    worcestshire sauce
    equivalent of 2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Directions

Chop/ cube vegetables into roughly 1" pieces.
Layer in crock pot with potatoes on the bottom, then carrot and parsnip.
Add beef, also cut into 1" pieces, with steak seasoning and worcestshire sauce liberally sprinkled on top.
Add mushrooms and mix soup with broth, pouring over the meat and veggies in the crockpot.
Cook on low 6-8 hours. (I cooked mine for 7 hours.)


Serving Size: Makes about 6-8 large servings in a large crockpot.
