this salad is easy, and if you pack in your container in the order that follows, it will remain crispy and delicious!
bottom of bowl up to the top...in this order:
tomato diced
mayo-mix up these two
avocado cubes
spinach chopped
romaine chopped
cheddar cheese shredded
french fried onions

1 medium tomato diced
1 Tbspn mayo-mix up these two
1/2 avocado [cubed]
spinach chopped
romaine chopped
cheddar cheese shredded
french fried onions
just stir when ready to eat! have your boiled eggs on the side. chop with your fork :) i usually eat 1/2 of this for lunch, then other half for a snack. great on a low carb diet. very filling!
