    Chicken Breast, no skin, 3 ounces (remove)
    Dill Pickles, .15 cup, chopped or diced (remove)
    *Onion powder, .50 tsp (remove)
    Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp (remove)
    Hard Boiled Egg, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Mayonnaise, regular (mayo), 1 tbsp (remove)


Directions

precook your chicken breast and boiled eggs. then assemble your chicken salad. this salad is better if it sits for an hour or so for all the flavor of the worcestershire sauce and dill pickles to soak in :)
