    1 lb 90/10 ground beef
    1/2 onion, chopped
    2 large yellow squash, chopped
    Salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and herbs to taste
    2 c rice

Directions

Cook rice in rice cooker. Brown beef, onions, and squash and add seasonings.
