    Butterfly Pork chops 4-4 oz chops
    Olive Oil
    Salt & Pepper
    4 tablespoons brown sugar
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    3 whole cloves (can substitute 1/2 tsp ground, but whole is much better)
    1/2 cup ketchup
    2 teaspoons mustard
    2 tablespoons white vinegar
    11 oz can mandarin oranges


Salt and pepper pork chops and brown on both sides in a small amount of olive oil. Drain can of oranges, saving juice; set oranges aside. Mix remaining ingredients with the juice from the can of oranges. Pour over chops; simmer 45 minutes; flip chops about half way through. Add oranges when cooked.
