Introduction

This is a new way to have those swiss mushroom burgers that you love at home without the mess that comes with them. Great for all dietary needs. This is a new way to have those swiss mushroom burgers that you love at home without the mess that comes with them. Great for all dietary needs.

Ingredients

    1 1/2 LBS extra lean ground beef or any ground meat
    1 1/2 cups of sliced fresh mushrooms
    2 TBS olive oil
    2-3 flour torillia soft taco shells. I use missions.
    2 slices of swiss cheese
    1/2 cup lettus any kind.

Directions

heat oil in a medium fry pan, then add the meat and the sliced mushrooms. cook until meat is browned and mushrooms are cooked.
then take the torillia shells and heat them for easy folding.
place lettus then meat and mushroom mixture on top of lettus.
place swiss cheese on top, wrap up like a soft taco.
enjoy.

Serving Size: makes 2-3 wraps
