Introduction

A friend gave me this recipe and I tried it today. These are pretty good. I can see that you can make a lot of additions and customize it how you would like. (The original recipe used vanilla yogurt and didnt have blueberries). The batter will be really thick but they turn out awesome. A friend gave me this recipe and I tried it today. Ingredients

    2 ripe Bananas
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1/2 cup nonfat yogurt (I used Chobani)
    1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1/2 TSP. Vanilla
    Mix first 6 ingredients together and then add the next 4 ingredients:
    2 cups flour (I used white)
    2 TSP. Baking soda
    2 TSP. Baking Powder
    1/8 TSP. Salt
    .40 cups chopped Pecan

    Makes 12 muffins and bake at 400* for 15 minutes

Directions

Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 12 regular size muffins
