Number of Servings: 12

Ingredients

    1 can chili beans
    1 can rotel mexican tomatoes
    smokin hot bbq sauce/ about .25 cup
    1 onion / chopped or sliced
    Pork loin- about 3 lbs
    horseradish mustard - 1 tbsp
    ground garlic powder - to taste
    ground cumin powder - to taste
    ground chili powder - to taste
    1/4 brown rice - uncooked
    1 can full of water

Directions

Set Crock Pot for 6 hrs.
Put in can of chili beans.
Add can of tomatoes. Add 1 can of water.
Add Chopped Onion.
mix in 6 tbsp of bbq sauce & mustard
rub pork loin with chili power, garlic powder and cumin.
put in crock pot. spread the other 2 t bsp of bbq sauce.
I cooked for 5.5 hrs and then put in the 1/4 cup of rice for last half hr. also at that time i shredded the pork with a fork.
makes about 12 servings.
u can make it hotter by adding in hot sauce or chipolte sweet sauce. not calculated in calorie count.
