Ingredients

    1 small onion, chopped
    42 oz. diced tomatoes
    3 cups cooked kidney beans
    2 T chili powder
    1 c. TVP (texturized vegetable protein)
    add hot sauce to taste

Directions

fry the onion in the oil, then add the remaining ingredients and simmer for an hour to develop flavor. the chili is very mild. add hot sauce to taste.
