    1 lb fresh okra, sliced
    chopped onion
    1 1/2 can rotel tomatoes
    1 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Chop onion and okra. Saute in olive oil until onion is tender. Add tomatoes, cover and simmer until tender - about 15 minutes.
