Ingredients

    Egg whites, 2 tbsp
    Milk, nonfat, .2 cup
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Whole Wheat Flour, 0.25 cup
    Water, tap, .25 cup
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp

Directions

Mix dry ingredients then add wet ingredients and mix.
Prepare like a typical pancake recipe.

Serving Size: Makes 2 4 inch pancakes, perfect for breakfast!
