Introduction

Ingredients

    1 oz. Crumbled Goat Cheese
    1 cup fresh spinach
    100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil Cooking Spray
    1/4 of an Avacodo
    2 egg whites

Directions

Spray pan with oil. Place pan on medium heat, when pan is heated place egg whites in the pan. When egg whites are geled over start to scrap the edges and put the spinach, cheese and avacodo on top of the egg white. Half the egg over and cook to desired doneness. Add salt and pepper to taste....
