    1 can black beans
    1 can Rotel diced tomatoes with lime and cilantro
    1/2 package Bird's eye Sweet Kernel Corn (about 1.5 cups)
    1 stalk celery thinly sliced
    1/4 yellow/red/green pepper in small dice
    1/4 cup onion in small dice
    1 TB olive oil (can be omitted to reduce calories/fat)
    1 tsp cumin (or to taste)
    1 tsp chili powder (or to taste)
    1/3 tsp garlic powder (or to taste)

Directions

Mix ingredients and refrigerate.
