Ingredients

    5 Center cut boneless pork chops
    5 oz whole wheat spaghetti pasta
    1 bag stir fry vegetables your choice what mix
    10 oz stir fry sauce
    Eggs are optional can add what want too.

Directions

Cut up pork, place in large skillet with a little oil, cook till almost cooks,
Add vegetables and stir now and then until all is cook and vegetables are to your desired consistancy.

Cook pasta according to package directions drain add to vegetable and meat mix add stir fry sauce. Eggs are optional

Serving Size: makes 6 servings of 1.5 - 2 cups
