Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 greem pepper, seeded and chopped
    14 oz. pinto beans (no salt added)
    28 oz can diced tomatoes (no salt added)
    1 tsp oregano
    1/2 tsp cumin
    1/2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
    1/2 tsp. Cayenne pepper

Directions

1. brown ground beef with onion, garlic and green pepper
2. Add spices and beans, stir together for 1 minute.
3. Add tomatoes and bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer on low for 10 - 15 minutes stirring occassionally.
