Introduction

I found a similar recipe in a vegan starter kit. Low calorie, yet tasty. I found a similar recipe in a vegan starter kit. Low calorie, yet tasty.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 Tortillas, MISSION, flour tortilla, 8 inch,
    2 tbsp Hummus
    .25 cup Cabbage shredded
    1 slice tomato chopped
    1 slice cucumber chopped
    2 tbsp Onions chopped
    2 tbsp Alfalfa sprouts
    4 spinach leaves

Directions

Chop veggies and set aside. I like to chop the tomato, cucumber and onion and mix together and set aside for a few hours.

Spread hummus on tortilla.

Lay spinach on hummus then add tomato, cucumber, and onion. Then add sprouts and cabbage.

Roll wrap and enjoy!

Add dressing or lemon juice for more flavor (not in calorie count)
