Ingredients

9 ounces of salmon filet, skinless
1/4 cup tamari (wheat free soy sauce)
    1 tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp dijon mustard
    1 tbsp garlic powder
    1 tsp ginger, ground

Directions

Rinse and dry off salmon, cut into 3 portions, set aside. Mix the rest of the ingredients together, pour over salmon and let marinade while you get the barbecue ready, about 30+ minutes.

Put on grill, put extra marinade in pot on stove and thicken. Cook the salmon for 2 minutes, brush top with the thickened marinade, turn filet and brush with remaining marinade. Cook for another 2 minutes and remove, rest fish for a few moments before serving.

Serve with a grilled vegetable (I used squash) and rice.
