Ingredients

4 oz almonds
4 oz walnuts
8 oz pecans
2 Tbsp water
1 egg
1/2 cup Splenda (if you use regular sugar, you'll have to recalculate)
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp cayenne
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp cinnamon
Directions
1. Whisk together spices, splenda, water and egg.
2. Pour over nuts and mix well.
3. Pour into baking sheet and spread evenly.
4. Bake at 250 for 40 minutes, then at 200 for 30 minutes, stirring frequently.
