This is a delicious Breakfast sandwhich for two :) Eggs and Eggwhite combo gives you lower calories and cholesterol while maintaining that same yummy scrambled egg flavor. Ingredients

    -2 Egg white
    -1 Large Egg
    -4 slices of Natures Own 9 grain wheat
    -1 oz of extra sharp cheddar
    -1.5 tablespoons of Miracle whip

Directions

mix the eggwhites and the egg I added pepper for a little flavor. Heat the skillet and pop in your bread to the toaster. Scramble the eggs, when the bread pops out add the miracle whipe and cheese evenly between the two sandwhiches. Add the Scrambled Eggs evenly between the two, and Voila you have a delicious breakfast sandwhich for about 200 calories!
