Onions and garlic stir fried with beet greens. Onions and garlic stir fried with beet greens.
Number of Servings: 5


    365 gms Beet Greens
    169 gms Onions, Yellow chopped
    15 cloves Garlic
    69 gm Celery, chopped
    .5 Tbsp Olive Oil


1. Heat Olive Oil in frying pan and then add the chopped Onions.
2. Stir fry the onions until they are translucent and then add chopped garlic.
3. Stir fry for about 30 seconds and then add the chopped Beet Greens.
4. Stir fry the mixture until the Beet Greens are well wilted.

I do not add salt to my greens, but if you wish, you can salt to taste at this point. My husband like to add a little bit of malt vinegar.
