Ingredients

    Roughly 1/2 package of vegan chorizo
    De-stemmed chopped kale
    One can of white beans
    2 Tbsp. Oil
    1-2 cups water

Directions

1. Saute chorizo in oil until warm
2. Add rinsed beans
3. Add kale and enough water for steam
4. Cover to wilt kale
5. Stir and Serve
