Introduction

Came up with this one night when I really wanted spaghetti, but didn't want the calories or the beef. adding the rotisserie chicken bones does something awesome to it. i actually serve this with brown rice most of the time, and i like it even better than pasta! Ingredients

    Muir Glen Crushed Tomatoes w/ Basil, 56 oz, 2 large cans
    Rotisserie Chicken, 16 oz shredded
    Onions, raw, 4 small , chopped, or 4 cups
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Garlic, 2 clove

Directions

Chop onions and throw into a pot with the olive oil on medium heat, stirring occasionally for approximately 10-15 minutes until a brown caramel color,

While onions caramelize, shred chicken, and set aside leg bones and whole wings

Add everything into the pot and bring to a strong simmer for at least 30 minutes, more if desired.

Serve with rice, pasta, or good crusty bread!
