Introduction

This is my kind of breakfast sandwich! This is my kind of breakfast sandwich!
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    Half of half a bagel
    1 fried egg
    2 slices of ham (chopped)
    1/4 cup spinach

Directions

1. Cut half a bagel in half. It's cheaper than buying thins. Toast the bagel.

2. Once the bagel is done, top with the spinach. Season to taste.

3. Fry the egg and and once it is done, toss the chopped ham on to warm it up.

4. Top the spinach with the ham, followed by the egg.

Serving Size: makes 1 sandwich
