Ingredients

2 1/2 cups Bisquick reduced-fat baking mix
1/3 cup skim milk
1/3 cup water
1/3 cup Splenda granular
1 large egg white
2 tablespoons I Can't Believe It's Not Butter light, softened
1/4 cup Splenda granular
2 teaspoons cinnamon
Directions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Mix baking mix, milk, egg and 1/3 cup Splenda granular. Add water and mix until a soft dough forms. Turn dough onto lightly floured surface and knead gently until smooth. Pat or roll dough into an 8 x 12 rectangle. Combine cinnamon and sugar. Spread dough with I Can't Believe It's Not Butter light and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Roll up tightly, beginning at 16 inch side.
Pinch edge of dough into roll to seal. Place sealed side down on an ungreased cookie sheet. If necessary, cut into two 8 inch rolls to fit. Cut roll(s) at 1 inch intervals ALMOST through to bottom, using scissors or sharp knife. Bake about 15 minutes, then separate the rolls. Continue baking 5 more minutes or until light brown.
