Introduction

Ingredients

    2.25 cups ground buckwheat
    1 tsp baking soda
    1 tsp salt
    1 cup butter
    1 cup brown sugar, unpacked
    2 large eggs
    1 Tbsp vanilla extract
    1 Tbsp cinnamon
    1 package Nestle dark chocolate & mint morsels*

    * This is just what I had on hand, you can use whatever type of chips you prefer

Directions

Mix dry ingredients together in a small bowl.
Cream butter and sugar together.
Add eggs and vanilla.
Slowly add dry ingredients into butter mixture.
Add chips.

Bake at 375 for 9-11 minutes or until golden brown around the edges.

Serving Size: Makes 2 dozen cookies.
