  • JKodie, what beans did you cook in the chicken stock?

    I am wondering if there is a substitute for lima beans - they are my least fave. I will try black beans and report back.

  • I have a smoker. I smoked red peppers, onions, and garlic. Omitted Lima beans. I cooked the beans in chicken stock for more flavor. It was absolutely delishess! I will be making tis recipe again. - 10/21/11
