5 cups of stock
4 tablespoons oil (1/2 olive 1/2 smart balance)
1 tablesppon garlic
3/4 cup diced onion
1 and 1/2 cup chopped chili pepper (green)
1 lbs turkey breast ground
1 tablespoon cumin
1 tablespoon oregano
1 tasp ground black pepper
1/2 ts whit epepper
1 pinch red pepper flakes
1/2 bunch cilantro leaves chopped
