Ingredients

    1. 4 cloves of garlic
    2.1 onion
    3.4 tbsp sunflower oil
    4.250gm prawns
    5.150gm lettuce
    6.150gm fried tofu
    7.540gm Ramen
    8. 0.5 tsp ABC Ketup Manis
    9.2.5tbsp Oyster Sauce
    10. 0.5 tsp salt
    11. dash of black pepper
    12. 3 tbsp light soy sauce
    13. 2 tbsp dark soy sauce


Directions

1. Dice garlic & onions
2.stir fry lettuce and leave aside
3. heat oil, add garlic and onions, add prawns & Ramen noodles
4.add in sauces,salt and pepper and stir fry well
5.add in cooked lettuce and cook for another 2 mins
