Introduction

Nothing fancy here, just pork chops sprinkled with garlic and basil, and cooked in a bit of olive oil. Goes great with rice, pasta, and just about any vegetable! Ingredients

    1 lb thin cut pork chops (usually 6 in a pack)
    2 tbsp ground basil
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 tbsp olive oil

Directions

Mince garlic, and mix oil, garlic, and basil in a small bowl. Brush mixture onto pork chops. Cook in skillet until there is no pink left.

Serving Size: Makes 6 thin cut pork chops
