Ingredients

    Dry kidney beans
    Dry black beans
    can of diced tomatoes
    Chopped garlic
    McCormick Chicken taco seasoning
    Red and green pepper
    Onion
    99% lean ground turkey

Directions

Do a proper soak on the dry beans overnight or quick soak(no salt). Rinse and simmer for 1-1/2 to 2 hours. On the last 30 min add the garlic to the pot. While the beans are simmering brown the lean ground turkey with onions and peppers with the taco seasoning. Add browned mixture to the pot of beans and let simmer on low for another 30 min.
