Ingredients

    -1 lb salmon filet
    -1 lb fresh asparagus spears
    -3 tbsp minced red onion
    -1 tbsp capers
    -3 tbsp lemon juice
    -1 tsp thyme
    -black pepper
    -2 tbsp olive oil (divided)

Directions

-mix 1 tbsp olive oil, lemon juice, capers, and red onion
-make some slashes in the salmon filet
-line baking sheet with asparagus and drizzle 1 tbsp olive oil over
-top with salmon filet and spread mixture on top
-bake at 450F for 20 minutes
