    4 c. low sodium chicken stock
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1 can black beans
    1 can refried beans
    1 can vegetarian baked beans
    1 pkg taco seasoning

Directions

Put together in saucepan, heat and serve with grated cheddar, fresh chopped cilantro and sour cream.
