Ingredients

1 bag Uncle Ben's Whole Grain Boil-in-Bag Brown Rice
1 small white onion
6 small mushrooms
2 wedges Laughing Cow French Onion light cheese wedges
1 tbsp fat free sour cream
2 tbsp Nestle Coffee-Mate nonflavored fat free liquid cream
1 tbsp Oscar Mayer bacon pieces
Directions
Chop onion. In a saute pan, add butter and onions. Cook until mostly done. While that is cooking, chop mushrooms. Add in mushrooms. Start rice in boiling water. Once mushrooms are done, add in sour cream, cheese, cream, and bacon pieces. Mix that together. Remove from heat. Add in rice.
