Introduction

Mama Mary's pizza crust with a few things thrown on. Way better than boxed pizza. Mama Mary's pizza crust with a few things thrown on. Way better than boxed pizza.
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

Mama Mary's 12" Thin & Crispy pizza crust--found at Albertson's and other stores, not refrigerated. Way better than Boboli.

    Shredded colby jack cheese

Hormel Turkey Pepperoni (way less fat than regular, but taste the same)

    Sliced black olives (optional)

    Sliced canned mushrooms (optional)

Ragu pizza sauce...or any other kind.

Directions

Couldn't be easier--brush olive oil on the crust and place it on a pizza pan. Spread some sauce on, sprinkle cheese on it, and place whatever other toppings you like. Obviously you can add and subtract from what I've listed here--you can do bell peppers, ham, chicken, whatever. Cook at 425 for 8-10 minutes. Takes little more time than a frozen pizza, but way healthier...and the kids love to put the toppings on while wearing their little chef's hats and aprons. :)
