Ingredients

8oz ground pork
8oz ground beef
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground ginger
1 spring onion, chopped.
21 wonton wrappers
1 egg, beaten
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix together well. Put in refrigerator and marinate over night.
Beat an egg in a bowl. With a pastry brush, brush the edges of wonton wrappers with the egg. Roll the meat mixture into balls weighing approximately 3/4oz (20g). Put in the center of wonton and seal closed. Repeat for remaining meat balls.
Cook in a bamboo steamer, pan fry, or use in a soup!
