Ingredients

    100 grams Tofu, soft
    10 medium strawberries (or as many as you want!)
    100 cc (~4oz) Skim milk
    Flavorless gelatin, about 1 teaspoon
    Splenda or other sweetener at your heart's desire

Directions

Throw everything in the blender (quite literally), except the jello, and mix until uniform.
Add the gelatin in enough boiling water to dissolve it and then add to the blender. Mix well and pour into small molds.
Leave in the fridge until firm.
