Ingredients

    2 skinless chicken breast
    14 baby carrots
    2 celery stalks
    4 leeks
    1 can of low or fat free cream of brocolli soup
    made with water
    1/2 cup brown rice

Directions

In pampered chef stone dish with cover, chop veggies, mix soup with water, put in chicken breasts, and cook on high in microwave for 30 minutes.
