Number of Servings: 3

Ingredients

    1 cup of Dannon Light & Fit Vanilla Yogurt
    1 cup frozen strawberries, unthawed, unsweetened
    0.5 cup frozen blueberries, unthawed, unsweetened
    about 0.75 c carrot juice

Directions

Mix all ingredents into the blender and blend. If you want it thinner, add more juice. Thicker, add more frozen fruit.

Serving Size: makes about 3 1-cup servings
