Great, light, cool dessert for a hot, summer day! Great, light, cool dessert for a hot, summer day!
Number of Servings: 12


    1 box of any flavor Jello
    1 box of fat-free instant vanilla pudding
    1 box of fat-free tapioca pudding
    1 can of mandarin oranges, fruit cocktail or peaches
    1- 8oz Fat free Cool Whip


1. DO NOT follow box directions!
2. Measure 3 Cups of water and heat to boiling. Add vanilla and tapioca pudding and Jello. Stir until dissolved and thickened.
3. Refridgerate for at least 8 hours to overnight.
4. Remove mixture from refridgerator. Drain fruit. If peaches, cut up peaches into small pieces. Fold into mixture.
5. Thaw Cool Whip and fold into mixture.


Serving Size: makes 12 1/4 Cup servings
