Ingredients

    1 (6 ounce) can tuna in water, drained
    ¨ö cup chopped red apple
    ¨÷ cup fat-free mayonnaise
    ¨ù cup finely chopped celery
    ¨ù cup finely chopped walnuts
    2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
    1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
    1 teaspoon sugar
    ¨ù teaspoon salt
    6 slices reduced-calorie bread, toasted
    6 leaves lettuce

Directions

1.In a bowl, combine the first nine ingredients.

2.Spread ¨ö cup on three slices of bread. Top with lettuce and remaining bread.
