Ingredients
-
GFS Liquid Butter Alternative, 1 cup
Peanut Butter, smooth style, 1 cup
Brown Sugar, 2 cup, packed
Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
Egg, fresh, 4 large
Vanilla Extract, 5 tsp
2 - 3 tablespoons water.
Flour, white, 5 cup
Baking Powder, 2 tsp
Salt, 1 tsp
Semisweet chocolate, 4 cup chips
Directions
Preheat oven at 375 degrees.
In a bowl, cream together each ingredient in order until flour. In a different bowl combine flour, baking powder, and salt and stir until well mixed. Then combine both bowls (in the bigger bowl), slowly until completely mixed. The mixture is hard to stir once it is combined well but when all else fails clean hands are a wonder! Stir in chocolate chips.
I prefer to put these in small balls on an ungreased cookie sheet to cook, but you can also flatten them, it doesn't really change anything but cook time and hardness. A flat cookie will cook 8-10 minutes and be more crispy. A round cookie will cook 12-14 minutes and be more chewy.
Makes about 160 little cookies - I do two per serving and they have barely 148 calories per serving!
Serving Size: Makes about 80 servings, 2 cookies each
Number of Servings: 80
