210 grams short crust pastry
180 grams swiss cheese
4 tsp or 2 tbsp dijon mustard
4 medium whole tomatoes
2 tbsp dried marjoram
Directions
Turn your oven at 220C degre.
Unroll you short crust pastry and put it in a dish with baking paper. With a fork, punch some holes in the base so it will be easier to cook. Lay the mustard all over the base, add the cheese (cut in slices) then the sliced tomatoes. Sprinkle with marjoram and put in the oven for about 30-40mns.
Serve with a green salad!
Serving Size: Large rectangular dish (about 40x25cm) makes a good 6 servings
