    2 tablespoons skim milk
2 tablespoons fresh tarragon, chopped or 1 tablespoon dried tarragon

    cup shredded Parmesan cheese
    1 lbs ground turkey

2. Add the remaining ingredients (except for the tomato paste and Dijon mustard), crumble the turkey over the mixture and mix well with spoon or hands. Do not over mix.
3. Add the meat to the loaf pan and pat down into a loaf.
4. Place your loaf pan on a baking sheet and place in a preheated 350F. degree oven for approximately 35-45 minutes.

6. Remove from the oven and glaze the top of your meatloaf with the tomato paste/Dijon mustard mixture.
