Ingredients

    Butter, salted, 1 cup
    Granulated Sugar, 1 cup
    Brown Sugar, .5 cup, packed
    Egg, fresh, 2 large
    Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp
    *Flour, white, 2 cup
    Baking Soda, 1 tsp
    Baking Powder, 1 tsp
    Salt, 1 tsp remove)
    Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chip Morsels, 12 oz.
    Quick Oats 2 cup, dry)
    Raisins, 1 cup, packed
    Walnuts, 1.5 cup, chopped

Directions

Cream butter, sugars, eggs, and vanilla. In a separate bowl, sift together flour, soda, powder, and salt. Stir dry mixture in to wet. Stir in oats. Add Chocolate chips, raisins, and nuts.

Drop by spoonful or 1 oz scoop onto an un-greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees for 10-12 minutes.

Serving Size: Makes 3-4 dozen cookies
