Ingredients

2 T unsweetened shredded coconut
1 T unsweetened powdered cocoa
1 T Torani SF vanilla syrup
1 T butter
4 Almonds (plain)
1.2 net carbs per piece (2.4 carbs for the two pieces)
Directions
Put butter and syrup in a small bowl and microwave until butter is melted. Then add cocoa and stir, then add coconut and stir.
Form into two pieces, press two almonds into the top of each piece and transfer to refrigerator to cool.
