Introduction
This is something I put together and thought was quite yummy. If you prefer a more low-cal drink, just use 1% cottage cheese and substitute the half and half with milk.While you can drink right after pouring from the blender, I like to put in the freezer until almost frozen. Ingredients

1 Cup Cottage Cheese
2 Bananas (medium)
6 Strawberries (large)
1/4 Cup Half-n-Half (or milk)
Directions
Pour half-n-half (or milk) into blender. Cut strawberries in half and break up the bananas into small chunks and then blend almost all of the fruit together, leaving out about a third. Drop the cottage cheese in, blend, then add remaining fruit and blend until smooth.
Serving Size: Makes approximately 3 8oz servings
